THE BRIDGE

The Bridge is our newest initiative. It is our workforce development program designed to assist people of color in obtaining their next career opportunity. The Bridge utilizes a cohort approach to

(i) provide participants with career development courses to increase their readiness level,

(ii) provide mentorship, and

(iiii) expand their network.

In the summer of 2023, we launched this initiative with our first cohort of young professionals. Participants participated in multiple workshops and were provided with different job opportunities to apply for through our partners.

Sponsors will have the opportunity to recruit from our cohort participants, share job opportunities with participants, and participate in different workshops, panels or discussions as we prepare our cohort members.
