About The She League
The She League, Inc., is a member-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for young women professionals dedicated to creating access, exposure, and opportunities for young professionals. We lead, we excel, we inspire. The She League is LEADing the way in eliminating barriers in corporate and entrepreneurship for women of color; helping our members EXCEL in their careers and personal lives; and working to INSPIRE the next generation of women leaders.
Our Impact
Since its inception in 2020, The She League has made significant strides in empowering and investing in women of color leaders. It began with the first The She League Conference in 2020, and organically grew into a member driven organization. To date, we have hosted numerous, free professional development and networking events for women professionals. Topics covered include, but are not limited to, our Financial Fireside Chat, Personal Branding, and Tough Conversations on Race in the Workplace. We have now hosted multiple conferences and in 2023, we launched FlourisHER, our mentorship program for college women of color. Most recently, in 2024 we launched our membership program for young professional women. Our membership program provides leadership development, workshops, mentoring opportunities, volunteer opportunities and more for both corporate and entrepreneurial professionals.
