Empowering Women & Fostering Growth

We strive to bring all women of color in college together as we build confident, powerful game changers across the state of GA through mentorship and access to resources. Our mission is to mentor and empower women of color in college to embark on a career of their passion in the corporate or entrepreneur world.

Our 7 month program equips women of color in college with the essential tools and resources needed to pursue their career passions. Through a comprehensive curriculum that includes professional development, one on one mentorship, industry exposure, leadership development, wellness, community, and personal growth resources, participants are empowered to embark on a fulfilling and successful career path.

Through one-on-one mentorship, workshops, access to networks and resources, young women will be ready to shatter glass ceilings, become community leaders, and pave the way for others after them. FlourisHER provides an opportunity for professionals to give back and uplift the next generation of leaders!
