Pillar 1: Ascend - Leadership & Career Development

This pillar supports emerging and established professionals – particularly women of color – by providing the tools, mentorship, and networks needed to grow into leadership roles across industries. Through curated development programs, executive roundtables, and professional exposure, Ascend prepares diverse talent to excel in corporate, public, creative, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial spaces, with a focus on building a pipeline to the C-Suite and beyond.

Supports underrepresented professionals – particularly women of color – in navigating career advancement, developing executive leadership skills, and gaining access to networks and mentors.

Pillar 2: FlourisHER Pathway - Youth Empowerment & Mentorship

This pillar supports girls and young women from under-resourced communities through mentorship, skills-building, and career exploration. With both high school and college tracks, participants gain access to goal-setting workshops, networking opportunities, and professional development tools. The program empowers students to transition from school to career with confidence and purpose, while aligning with broader equity goals in workforce readiness and education.

Flagship Programs

  • FlorisHER College Mentorship Program
    • Focuses on women aged 18-22; includes professional mentorship, development curriculum, networking, and wellness support.
  • FlorisHER High School Track
    • (Coming  Soon) – Monthly mentorship sessions with 11th – 12th graders at Coretta Scott King Girls Academy. Field trips and enrichment activities for 6th – 10th grade girls focused on college and career exposure.

Pillar 3: Thrive Collective: Community Wellness & Family Impact

This pillar centers wellness and family support as essential to sustainable leadership. It addresses the holistic needs of underserved communities through mental health access, resource drives, and family-focused programming. From wellness events to financial literacy workshops and quarterly service projects, Thrive builds commuity resilience while reinforcing that well-being is a foundation for lasting impact.
